Medicare GLP-1 Bridge
Does Medicare cover Zepbound?
Yes — the KwikPen formulation of Zepbound is covered for weight loss at a $50 monthly copay for eligible Medicare Part D members under the GLP-1 Bridge pilot, effective July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027.

The Bridge covers the Zepbound KwikPen for chronic weight management. Coverage is a flat $50 monthly copay regardless of your dose.
Eligibility requires Medicare Part D plus a qualifying weight-and-health profile. If you have type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, or MASH, a GLP-1 may already be covered under your regular Part D plan — a different and usually better path than the Bridge.
